We have been making the absolute most of having a neighborhood pool and have been really enjoying it. If I had my way, Id be at the pool everyday - but Maddie hasnt quite grown her fins yet.
These pictures are of our very first trip to the pool a few weeks ago. There's a little kid area with slides and water spouts. Its really fun- but Maddie still likes to watch for the most part. Luckily the first night we were there, there weren't many kids so she got to enjoy it at her own pace.
Since then we've gotten her some water wings or "swimmies" and she's gotten very brave and will "swim" by herself in the big pool!! We went last night and she barely wanted me to touch her!! This is great progress in just 4-5 visits.
Cant wait to see how she is at the end of the summer!
