birthday party fun

last weekend, Maddie was invited to one of her friends birthday parties. It was as "water slide" themed party and was a waterplay blast!

There were quite a few friends from Maddie's class...Ella, Avni, Walker, Spencer and Connor.

It took awhile for Maddie to warm up...even with her school friends, but she did.

Here's Spencer taking a turn at the pinata. Maddie never worked up the courage.

And here's Ella. She wore those blue sunglasses the entire party... awesome.

Lots of games were played too! Like hot potato...

and water balloons!

and pin the tail on the donkey!

But the best by far were the water slides. Here's the smaller one (more appropriate for the 4 yr old crew).

And the big one which was AWESOME! Maddie got up the courage to go down it once- and that was it.

And you might have guessed it.. but she fell alseep within minutes of leaving the party.

Thats the sign of a GOOD party!
