christmas tree, o christmas tree...

We did it! We got our tree this weekend. A church just down the road from our house decided to sell trees this year so we were excited to support them. Maddie had a great time picking out a tree. It was COLD... but she kept her hat and mittens on (shockingly).


We started decorating Saturday morning with LoLo (who is here visiting us... wooo hoo!). Maddie wasnt quite sure what to make of the lights.


And we have a certain little buddy with us this weekend that just knew exactly what to do when that tree went up... pose under it! You think he's done this before?

So now our house looks and smells like Christmas! We're going to attempt a Santa picture either today or tomorrow. Wish us luck!
